With Counseling | JJ Blandford, LCSW - Specializing in Individual Counseling & Trauma-Informed Training

I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, & burnout, especially during major life transitions such as motherhood, workplace stress, or divorce and separation. My work focuses on healing from childhood trauma, navigating shifting beliefs around faith or politics, & work through relationship strain with greater clarity and self-trust.

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and be yourself. I offer a warm, welcoming environment where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. From this foundation of trust, we can do the meaningful work of healing, growth, and lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.
